30-Day Inspection Period

We stand behind the gear we curate. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.Return Shipping & Fees

To keep our process straightforward, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item

⚠️ Mandatory Safety Note (Lighters)

For safety and legal reasons, all lighters must be completely emptied of fuel/butane before being shipped back to us. We cannot accept returns on hazardous materials or lighters containing pressurized gas.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If the item is defective, damaged, or you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can make it right.

Exchanges & Refunds

The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund was approved. If so, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
