While our boutique headquarters is located in Yulee, our strategic logistics partnership is located in South Florida . As part of our commitment to quality, every product undergoes a final inspection and test before it leaves our facility to ensure it is 100% mission-ready.

Shipping Rates & Transit Times

There is a straightforward flat-rate shipping to simplify your shopping experience:

Contiguous United States (Lower 48):

$9.95 Standard Shipping 

  • Estimated Delivery: 3–7 Business Days
  • FREE SHIPPING on all orders of $75.00 or more.

Non-Contiguous US (Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, & Puerto Rico) Shipping:

$19.95 Standard Shipping

  • Estimated Delivery: 5–10 Business Days

3. Order Tracking Once your gear has cleared our facility, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24 hours for the carrier to update the status in their system.

4. Safety Regulations To comply with federal shipping regulations, all lighters are shipped empty (no butane). You will need to fill your lighter upon arrival using high-quality butane.

5. Damaged Shipments If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at puffswagsales@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the packaging so we can expedite a resolution for you.
