Puff Swag Shipping Policy
1. Fast Processing & Quality Check
All orders are processed and staged for shipment within 1–2 business days to ensure your items reach you as quickly as possible, dispatched directly from our Florida-based distribution hub.
While our boutique headquarters is located in North Florida, our strategic logistics partnership is located in South Florida. As part of our commitment to quality, every product undergoes a final inspection before it leaves our facility to ensure it is 100% mission-ready.
2. Shipping Rates & Transit Times
We offer straightforward flat-rate shipping to simplify your shopping experience:
Contiguous United States (Lower 48): $9.95 Standard Shipping
- Estimated Delivery: 3–7 Business Days
- FREE SHIPPING on all orders of $65.00 or more
Non-Contiguous US (Alaska, Hawaii, Guam & Puerto Rico): $19.95 Standard Shipping
- Estimated Delivery: 5–10 Business Days
We do not currently ship outside of the United States.
Applicable sales tax, including tax on shipping charges, may be applied at checkout based on your delivery location and local tax laws.
3. Order Tracking
Once your gear has cleared our facility, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24 hours for the carrier to update the status in their system.
4. Safety Regulations
To comply with federal shipping regulations, all lighters are shipped empty (no butane). You will need to fill your lighter upon arrival using high-quality butane.
5. Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at Support@puffswag.com with your order number and a photo of the packaging so we can expedite a resolution for you.
